1. ¿Dónde está ubicada su tienda?
Nuestra tienda está ubicada en Chillán, en Calle La Laguna 377, Los Dominicos.
2. ¿Cuáles son sus horarios de atención?
Estamos abiertos de lunes a viernes de 15:00 a 21:00 horas, y los sábados de 10:00 a 13:00 horas.
3. ¿Puedo cambiar un producto?
Sí, puedes cambiar un producto dentro de los 10 días corridos desde la fecha de compra. Es importante que presentes tu boleta de cambio y que la prenda tenga sus etiquetas de fábrica y esté sin uso. No realizamos devoluciones de dinero, solo cambios por fallas de fábrica y tallas incorrectas.
4. ¿Realizan despachos?
No, no realizamos despachos. Las compras deben retirarse en nuestra dirección. Algunos clientes envían un Didi o Uber para recoger sus compras.
5. ¿Puedo ver las prendas disponibles en línea?
Sí, puedes ver todas las prendas disponibles a través de nuestro WhatsApp.
